Dr Evil Animation - Requires Quicktime Plug in - Allow a few minutes for loading

About three years ago I became interested in learning 3D computer
animation to include in my work as an exhibit and multimedia designer. I
enrolled in a 3D animation course at New York University and began
working my own personal animation projects to master different aspects
of the software. As a long-time Captain Action fan/collector, I was
excited about bringing these toys to life through 3D. I did this piece
featuring Dr Evil as a lip synch animation exercise. I made it using
Maya and After Effects on my Mac at home. I put a lot of work into it
(about three months on and off), and I think my fellow CA fans would
enjoy seeing it. Thanks to Dan Webster for hosting the clip on this website.
