Uniform and Equipment for CAPTAIN ACTION

The Lone Ranger Uniform and Equipment for Captain Action.  This is the original box, there was also a ring version of this set.  There are several variations on the Lone Ranger uniform.  The first set has a red shirt and black pants.  There was an interim set with a blue shirt and black pants (matching the picture on the box), and the final version had blue shirt and pants.  The set also comes with a Face Mask, Hat, Winchester (Rifle), Belt and Boots with spurs.  Interesting to note that the boxart depicts the Lone Ranger in a blue top with black pants, although in this case the uniform is the red shirt version.
Lone Ranger Flicker Ring.  The ring shows Captain Action and a Blue shirt version of the Lone Ranger.  For more Vari View Video Matic Rings, visit the Captain Action Ring Page.
Lone Ranger Uniform, full blue version.  The blue version was based on the suit that Clayton Moore wore in the 50's Lone Ranger TV series.  The red shirt/black pants version was based on the classic Lone Ranger comic strip.  Pull over shirt with no snaps, black vinyl trim and black string to close the neck.  The pants have a single snap in the front.
The Lone Ranger face mask, white lipped version.  Like most masks with white lips, the eyes are also painted white.
The Lone Ranger face mask, pink lipped version.  Notice that the eyes are unpainted.
The Lone Ranger Hat.  White rubber with a coating of white "flocking" and a thin black vinyl band just above the brim.  The band is usually missing, and the flocking is generally worn or gone completely.
The Lone Ranger Boots with Spurs.  Boots have a heel and spurs, and are cast in black plastic.  Left and right boots are identical.
The Lone Ranger Belt.  Black rubber with white accents.  Note the presence of the large buckle, which is frequently missing.  So frequently in fact, that Playing Mantis left it off of their reissues entirely (but that is another story).
The Lone Ranger Winchester. Brown plastic with silver paint.  Lever Action rifle with ornate etching around the trigger guard.
The Lone Ranger's Pistols.  Brown plastic with silver paint.  Usually melted from sitting in the holsters.  These pistols are also used in the tonto set (with a black handle) one version of the Phantom set (also with black handles) and in the Weapons Arsenal where they had blue handles and red accents.
